Easily the best most pleasant laundromat experience in my life. The facility is clean and clearly well cared for. There were no shortage of machines in all sizes/specialties, plenty of space to move around or sit down comfortably and wait. Both coins/card are accepted. The gentleman managing the place yesterday evening was very kind, attentive, and helpful.

Stopped in out of ER since my washer broke. I was expecting the movie type of place, sinister, dirty, dimmed or lights out... it was the complete opposite. This place smells amazing, clean, the employees stayed on it. Making sure they cleaned as customers left the areas. Well ventilated, cool air... I was not expecting this at all lol

Great laundrymat. I am from Sweden. We don't really have laundrymats there, instead we got laundry rooms that is attached to the apartment building you live in. If we had something as chill as this laundrymat in Sweden I would go there instead of the laundry room. This place seems well managed, clean, chill and best of all got parrots!

I needed to do laundry during a recent trip to Orlando, found Crystal Clear because of the high rating. I was really impressed! Its space was bright and spacious, with free coffee and cookies. There was WiFi and nice seating area for me to relax while waiting for the laundry to be done. Bathroom was nicely decorated and super clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The best part was its cleanliness! The floor, table surface and the machines were all spotless on a busy Sunday!

I’m not someone who visits laundromats often, but while working on setting up my laundry area at home, I needed a place nearby—and I’m so glad I found this one! This place is honestly a gem. Super clean, well-equipped, and even has parrots! It felt more like a cozy community space than a typical laundry spot. Willy was amazing so kind, attentive, and welcoming. He really makes the experience feel personal. I even thought, “I’d love to bring my records here and play some music while I wait.” Definitely giving this place 5 stars. If you’re looking for a spot that’s clean, peaceful, and has great energy, this is it.

I want to leave a compliment for the woman who works Saturdays. I dropped off my laundry and everything came back smelling amazing, neatly folded, and even color-coordinated. The attention to detail and care she puts into the work is outstanding. She’s truly the best, and I honestly wish she worked more than one day a week. Because of her, I’ll be doing my drop-off laundry on Saturdays only from now on. Thank you!

Crystal Clean is an amazingly clean and well maintained laundromat. It is one of the best laundromat in Orlando that is frequented by countless local residents, visiting tourists, including professional and amateur sport teams. Marco and other members of the Crystal Clean staff always keep the place clean and organized. The place is air conditioned. Marco keeps the place comfy. Marco is very helpful and friendly to all customers. He always offer me free coffee and Oreo biscuits as I enjoy FREE wifi, TV and a nice seating area. Thank you to the owners of Crystal Clean for staffing your business with very pleasant, helpful and consciencious staffs like Marco. I hope you continue the quality of customer service, professionalism, ambiance and loyal staffs like Marco.

The best laundry mat in Orlando! They serve free coffee and have plenty of seats! This place is always clean and smells good. The owner Marco is a cool guy and works hard to keep his customers happy! Also check out the cool bird near the front counter!

Great laundry with even better customer service! We came in early on a Sunday morning because our laundry machine in our apartment had stopped working. The machines were clean, well maintained and easy to use. Marco helped us when we weren’t able to figure out why one of our loads was super soapy (someone left soap in it before we loaded it) and he assisted us by running a load on the house. Very happy to have found this place will be back again!
